My client is a specialist manufacturer that produces optical products. They are currently seeking a Machine Setter to join their existing team to assist with PPM, machine setting and assist with production targets.

Machine Setter Responsibilities;

• Set up and calibrate production machinery
• Carry out basic planned preventative maintenance
• Provide technical support for machine operatives
• Fault find and liaise with the Maintenance Engineers
• Operate production machinery and assist with achieving production targets

Machine Setter Requirements;

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experienced calibrating and setting production machinery
• Good communication skills are essential
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
• Willing to learn as full training and support will be provided

The Machine Setter opportunity is based in Kidderminster and is commutable from Bewdley, Stourport-on-Severn, Droitwich, Hagley and Worcester.
