Maintenance Operative - Temp to Perm

Location: Droitwich (Own transport essential)
Pay: £12.88 per hour (rate increases once permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm


About the Role

We are recruiting a Maintenance Operative for a well‑established client based in Droitwich. This is a temp to perm opportunity, ideal for someone looking for long‑term, stable employment.
The role involves general maintenance and repair work on liquid bulk containers, carried out both indoors and outdoors, so you must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks
  • Using hand tools such as drills, rivet guns and grinders
  • Grinding and preparation work where required
  • Working on liquid bulk containers to maintain safety and functionality
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a maintenance, operative, workshop or industrial role
  • Confident using hand tools and basic power tools
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
  • Physically fit and reliable
  • Own transport is essential due to location
