An organisation who is a world leader in cyber security, the Marketing and Communications Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering the marketing communications plan with the support of the team.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Prioritising integrated marketing activity that generates and nurtures qualified leads and strengthens relationships with existing customers
• Planning, managing and delivering the Marketing Communications plan
• Analysing data, personas and digital interactions to deliver campaigns
• Managing, supporting and developing the Marcomms team
• Ensuring the most appropriate channels are selected for campaigns
• Continually optimising the performance to ensure qualified leads are delivered

Skills and Experience required for the Marketing and Communications Manager:

• Experience in B2B Tech Marketing
• Experience in Cyber Security (ideal but not essential)
• Exceptional copywriting skills
• Experience in writing SEO articles
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident in using marketing automation systems effectively
• Self-motivated, driven and used to prioritising workload

Our client is based in Worcester and is offering flexibility of office and home based working.

Salary £30 - £40k (depending on experience) plus excellent additional benefits.
