Reporting into the Head of Marketing and PR, the Marketing and Communications Manager will be require to create and execute marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring that all campaigns raise brand awareness and are in accordance with company goals.
Demonstrating a broad knowledge of the marketing mix and its deployment within a B2B environment, you will also have strong experience of managing complex communications to a high standard.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Hands-on delivery of campaigns from beginning to end
*Implementing new campaign ideas
*Managing the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
*Writing effective and accurate copy for promotional materials
*Effectively managing external suppliers
*Responsibility for brand and style in terms of marketing campaigns
*Taking responsibility for the organisation of any trade shows or exhibitions
*Deputising for Head of Marketing and PR in their absence
Skills and experience:
*Exceptional copy writing, written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage workloads
*Proactive to meet deliverables
*Excellent attention to detail
*'Hands on' approach and a team player
*An investigative and creative mind
*Experience of supervising others (advantageous)
