The Role

This is a BRAND NEW role created to help with ongoing business growth!

A great opportunity for an experienced Administrator seeking part time work in Bromsgrove. Ideally you will work 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday although 4 days may also be considered. Working from the office in Bromsgrove, you will join an experienced and exceptionally friendly and supportive team, providing support to the Office Manager and general administration support for the office.


  • Administrative support to the Office Manager.
  • General administration.
  • Take and respond to operational telephone calls and emails.
  • Correspond with suppliers, send purchase orders and arrange deliveries.
  • Support customer services.
  • Exhibition preparations, promotion and support.
  • Organise travel and accommodation.
  • Use of MS office applications to include Teams and CRM use.


  • Previous office administration experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
  • Good time management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Occasional need to travel within the UK.

£9.60 to £11 per hour depending on experience.

Based in Bromsgrove.

Monday to Friday 25 hours per week across 4 or 5 days.
