Office Manager
Are you a super-organised multi-tasker, with strong commercial acumen?
We are looking for an office manager / administrator to support the MD of a well-established small business. The successful individual for this role will be an all-rounder - someone who is confident, a problem-solver who doesn't mid rolling up their sleeves to help with the day-to-day running of the business. You will be working in a busy environment most of the time, surrounded by lots of people and clients, with occasional chances to close the office door and concentrate when figures work needs to be done.
Office manager / Administrator Responsibilities
- Understanding and interpreting financial reports
- Basic day to day book-keeping (with the support of an accountant)
- HR admin - such as keeping employee records and timesheets
- Stock management
- Answering telephones and greeting customers in reception
This Office Manager role is open to full-time or part-time working. Based in Kidderminster. £18K salary for full or part time dependent on experience
