The Office/Administration Manager is responsible for the smooth running of all administrative functions, providing support to all departments within the organisation. Working alongside a Business Administrator and reporting to the Operations Manager, this is an integral role and central to the successful day to day running of the business.
Developing, enhancing and implementing effective electronic and manual filing systems.
Managing accurate Personnel records in line with legislation.
Coordinating the recruitment and selection process and producing new starter documents.
Completing, submitted and collating DBS checks.
Collating information for payroll.
Maintaining staff training records.
Preparing and submitting monthly spreadsheets in respect of Petty Cash for all sites.
Ensure all invoices are cross checked with delivery notes.
Facilities maintenance and ensuring all service records are kept up to date.
Producing statistical reports for managers.
Answering telephone calls and dealing with any enquiries, both external and internal.
Undertake appropriate projects on behalf of Directors.
Previous experience in a similar Office/Admin senior role ESSENTIAL.
Fantastic organisation and coordination skills.
The ability to multi task and manage priorities.
Exceptional administration skills.
Strong IT skills to include MS Office.
The ability to continually refine systems and processes to ensure they remain effective.
£25,000 - £27,000 annual salary.
Based near Stourbridge.
Own transport required.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
