If you are an experienced Office Manager who has also had responsibility for HR within an organisation, this role offers the variety and 'hands on' approach that is required for this expanding organisation.
Working closely with Management and Directors, the successful candidate will demonstrate the knowledge of UK Employment Law and also be able to implement day to day processes for the running of an office. As well as the site in Worcester, HR responsibility will also cover one additional out of area office.
Some key duties and responsibilities for the HR / Office Manager will include (but not be limited to):
*Being the main point of communication between Managers and staff
*Dealing with all employment related issues
*Assisting with the recruitment and induction of all new employees
*Dealing with all sickness, maternity and holiday paperwork
*Attending management meetings and advising on HR related issues
*Looking after the running of the office on a day to day basis including facilities etc.
It is essential that the successful candidate has a flexible, positive attitude and a high level of confidentiality.
Some essential skills required for this position will include:
*Previous experience in a similar role, encompassing HR and Office Management
*An approachable demeanour
*An ability to manage a constantly changing workload
*Knowledge and experience in dealing with all aspects of HR including performance reviews, contracts, policies, redundancies etc.
*A strong commercial acumen
