Operational Co-ordinator
Location: Ledbury
Competitive Salary

My client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Operational Co-ordinator to join their existing team. This role involves travelling to sites, assembling parts, agricultural construction and ensuring that their products are built correctly on sites.

Operational Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and delegate daily and weekly workloads on-site.
  • Supervise and participate in hands-on construction of tunnel systems.
  • Operate and oversee machinery and tools safely and efficiently..
  • Deliver clear, hands-on training on system use, maintenance, and management.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and provide feedback to internal teams.
  • Promote safe working practices and ensure adherence to company and industry Health & Safety standards.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and maintain accurate compliance records.
  • Coordinate materials delivery and plan team travel for project sites.
  • Maintain flexibility to travel across the UK, Europe, and beyond at short notice.
  • Oversee the condition and use of tools, machinery, and vehicles.
  • Monitor stock levels of installation materials and report maintenance needs promptly.

Operational Coordinator Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in construction or agriculture is essential
  • Mechanical experience or understanding of equipment use (preferred)
  • Forklift/telehandler licences (desirable)
  • Strong literacy and numeracy
  • Experience working abroad or with international teams (advantageous)
