This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and motivated Administrator to support the Operations team in an end to end role that requires meticulous attention to detail and a methodical and process driven approach. Our client is passionate about delivering an exceptional service to clients and in turn requires a like- minded Operations Administrator. Initially this role will be targeted to the current needs of the business but has the potential to grow and develop as the company's needs expand.
Some of the duties the Operations Administrator will be required to do will include:
*Assisting the business and operations team with the smooth day to day running of the business and successful delivery of all projects
*Planning, booking and coordinating training and development programmes, events and coaching
*Managing and administering the events diary and availability of consultants
*Distributing all relevant documentation to clients, including booking confirmations and facility requirements
*Organising the logistics for training venues in advance and issuing arrival information for all attendees
*Ensuring all equipment is ordered, complied and distributed to training venues
*Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with delivery teams and clients
*Assisting and supporting colleagues as required
The company centres around working primarily with leadership and talent populations, using assessment, teambuilding and training alongside coaching to deliver fantastically bespoke, broad ranging personal development. A willingness to be the support Administrator of a small, 'hands on' team is essential.
Essential skills and experience for the Operations Administrator:
*Previous experience in a 'hands on' coordinating administration role - preferred
*Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills
*An ability to multi task and co-ordinate
*Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels
*A passionate relationship builder
*A positive, proactive Administrator who can 'think out of the box'
*Strong Microsoft Office skills
The Operations Administrator role is a logistical position and requires someone who can work in a calm and professional way even when the environment can be pressurised!
Location - Malvern (own transport required)
Salary - c £18k
