Job description

This Operations Coordinator opportunity would someone who is willing to get involved and do the day to day tasks, as well as the important improvements for the future. You will need to be a team player and have the ability to work under pressure and complete tasks to tight deadlines.

The right candidate will be passionate about the products, the business and be able to clearly see the potential for the future.

Based from the offices in Bromsgrove, you should have good all round customer service, relationship building and administration experience. Any technical experience from within the automotive or parts industries would be beneficial, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and implement improved Stock Controls.
  • Improve record keeping and automate as much work as possible, using in house business system, to track costs and maintain full and accurate records.
  • Working with the After Sales Team to initiate and implement Service Plans for customers.
  • Review and improve current purchasing, sales and invoicing processes.
  • Assist the After Sales Team to schedule work and supply spare parts.
  • Take calls from customers requiring spare parts and answer queries.
  • Quote customers, raise sales orders and invoice.
  • Strengthen relationship and improve communicate with customers.
  • Review current After Sales Service and support.
  • Maintain Health and Safety documentation and standards at our office and workshop.
  • Assist in identifying and introducing new products to our range.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Site Management.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and relationship building experience.
  • Excellent administration and IT experience to include Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge or parts and stock control.
  • Technical experience from within automotive sector or similar highly advantageous.
  • Team player.
  • Strong communication skills.

Based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.

Annual salary £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience.
