Temp to Perm
We have a fantastic Malvern based client looking for a temp to perm Shipping Administrator.
This is a great company to work for - they have lovely offices with parking on site, continuous growth in an interesting industry and they take good care of the people who work for them!
As Shipping Administrator you will be responsible for order processing within the operations team. Duties will include:
*Order receipt, entry of customer purchase orders and creating customer invoices
*Liaising with customers and confirming shipments, advising customers of expected delivery dates and keeping them updated with any changes
*Order management and execution from start to finish
*Dealing with export and import procedures, assisting with customs clearances and resolving issues that may arise
A knowledge of export and import would be advantageous in this role, however training can be provided for the right candidate. Strong administration skills are a must! You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so organisational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. To fit in with this team, you must be positive and enthusiastic, proactive and driven.
This is a full-time Shipping Administrator position based in Malvern. Easily commutable from Malvern, Worcester, Droitwich, Stourport, Hartlebury, Bromsgrove and Hereford.
