Order Processing and Shipping Administrator (12 month maternity cover)

If you are you looking for an Order processing and shipping administrator role where you will:
*Be a key contributor to the company's CRM strategy success
*Support the company with import/export processes for materials sourced from Asia-Pacific countries
*Ensure and arrange on-time dispatch and invoicing of all products
*Aid in improving shipping cost efficiencies
*Advise customers on confirmation of dispatch and resolve any issues that may arise during transit
*Support online order processing systems

To be considered for this Order Processing and Shipping Administrator role you must:
*Demonstrate good interpersonal skills
*Possess good verbal and written communication skills
*Be confident in the use of various computer systems/applications
*Have previous experience in shipping and Import/Export shipping software (preferred)
*Demonstrate a proven track record in customer care and satisfaction

It will also be beneficial for potential candidates to:
*Have previous Team Leader experience
*Be a French speaker
*Have excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills

This is a fast paced environment and requires an individual who can prioritise their workload and work to tight deadlines.
Salary - £TBA based in Malvern, this role is 37.5 hours per week, for 12 months.
