The administration, preparation and coordination needed for this position, requires an individual who has exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. A 'governance' position that deals with several ongoing projects, meetings and events, the successful candidate will report directly into the CEO and be the first point of call for all key contacts.
This is not a traditional PA post but would suit somebody who thrives on being a key member of a busy, 'hands on' team and reporting directly into the CEO.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Preparing notices of meetings and agenda papers
*Attending meetings and taking minutes / notes
*Collecting and archiving of necessary papers
*Assisting with the preparation of shows and events
*Sending out invitations and managing responses
*Administration on behalf of the CEO and committees
Key skills and experience:
*A high level of confidentiality, discretion and trustworthiness
*A high level of flexibility and adaptability
*Exceptional written and oral communication skills
*Highly organised with a proactive attitude and ability to take the initiative
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills
This role is based in Malvern and is a full time position (35 hours per week). Additional hours will be required during the busy periods from March - June and September where additional deadlines will need to be met. Salary up to £25k depending on experience.
