This 12 month maternity contract is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly organised PA to join a forward thinking organisation and provide administration support across the functions of project, marketing and business development.
Reporting into the Executive Assistant, the PA and is the key support for the team and you will need to be self- motivated, driven and above all a team player who can 'think out of the box'.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Providing PA support for Directors within the team
*Overall responsibility for maintaining and managing the diaries
*Making travel arrangements
*Maintaining a contacts database
*Ensuring all meetings are arranged and organised
*Taking minutes at meetings
*Preparing PowerPoint presentations
*General administration support to the project team
*Proof reading documents
*On line research for projects as required
*Producing reports and documents
It is essential that the PA can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
*Exceptional verbal and written skills
*Outstanding communication skills at all levels
*Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
*Exceptional organisational skills are essential and an ability to prioritise workloads
*Proactive, self-motivated and a willingness to support a team across the board
This 12 month maternity contract is to start from May and is based in Worcester.
Salary up to £25k + excellent benefits
