PA to Head

A highly professional and versatile PA is required to join a prestigious educational establishment in Malvern and provide key support to the Headmistress. This role requires an individual who can demonstrate outstanding communication skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels. In a constantly changing environment it is essential that the PA will be flexible, adaptable and have outstanding organisational skills.

Some key duties and responsibilities for the PA will include (but not be limited to):

*Organisation of the Headmistress's diary
*Liaising with school staff, parents and the local community
*Preparing confidential reports
*Assisting with the Head in preparing for meetings
*Organising travel and producing itineraries for business trips
*Typing letters and correspondences
*Receiving telephone calls and acting as 'Gatekeeper'
*Dealing with all incoming post
*Preparing presentations as required
*Minute taking at meetings

Skills and Experience required for this role include:

*Previous experience of working in a busy, pressurised office environment as a PA
*Strong commercial acumen as well as adaptability to work in an education environment
*Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
*Used to working in a highly confidential environment
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills
*Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
*A flexible attitude
