A successful and thriving technology business providing industry leading solutions to clients throughout the UK.
This is a part time, permanent position. As Office Administrator, you will report to the HR Manager and provide an efficient administrative service to support managers and ensure that the general office runs smoothly.
Assisting with booking travel, including flights, rail tickets, taxis and hotels.
Organising of events, including booking venues, catering, sending of invitations and general coordination.
Ordering office supplies as needed.
Assisting with staff expenses.
Answering phone calls and transferring as necessary.
Drafting, formatting and printing documents.
Photocopying, filing and general admin duties.
Previous and recent experience in a similar role essential.
Good level of IT proficiency.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Flexible & enthusiastic.
£20,000 - £23,000 annual salary (Full time equivalent).
Based in Bromsgrove.
25 to 30 hours per week.
