Based from their UK Head Office in Hartlebury, the main purpose of this role is to provide general administrative support for the company and to support the reception team.
*To provide administrative support to the Finance, Service and Operations Directors PA.
*To provide support to the reception team with incoming phone calls and visitors to the office.
*To assist the reception team with travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, taxi bookings etc.
*To assist with the administration of the fleet car system including insurance claims, repairs, queries etc.
*To liaise with the fleet provider and driver when ordering new cars as necessary.
*To assist with the management of office maintenance.
*To update the systems with new starter information and coordinate with the HR team.
*To help manage the office meeting rooms and book external conferences as appropriate.
*Provide cover and assistance for the reception team.
*Previous and recent experience in a similar role is essential.
*Professional telephone manner and good command of spoken and written English
*A flexible pro-active approach to work, being able to priortise tasks
*IT skills including word, excel and outlook
*Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
*Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers such as travel companies and hotels.
Based in Hartlebury, Near Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
First 3 Months (whilst training) Monday & Tuesday 8:30am to 5pm, reverting permanently to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:45pm.
