Job: Part Time Bookkeeper
Hours: 24 per week over 3 days
Salary: £23,000 (14,000) - £26,000 (17,000)
Type: Permanent
Start: January 2022!
We are seeking an energetic, highly efficient Bookkeeper to join our client on a part time Permanent basis ready to start in the New Year!! The client is based near to the Bromyard area in beautiful surroundings.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and organised with the ability to work within a small team as well as on their own initiative.
Your Duties:
- Maintaining accounts on Sage 50 Accounting Software
- All aspects of Sales/Purchase Ledger
- Credit Control
- Monthly Management Report
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparing and Submitting VAT Returns
- Supplier Payment Run
- Maintaining Petty Cash
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Good team player
- Highly organised
- Efficient and proactive
- Able to communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Comfortable with learning in-house software
- Minimum AAT level 3 (Advanced Certificate in Bookkeeping) or equivalent
- Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office Programs * Annual leave 15 days + 8 English bank and public holidays Company Bonus Scheme
