Part time HR, Office & Compliance Administrator

If you are an experienced Administrator who would love to be part of a 'hands on' team and take responsibility for the HR administration and office support as well as the compliance, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Some key duties will include:

*Supporting the H&S Manager in administration of health and safety systems - organising audits, liaising with external organisations, maintenance of records
*Supporting the Quality Manager in the administration of the ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems
*HR administration to include employee life cycle - recruitment, induction, joiners/leavers, contractual changes
*Recording of leave and sickness and employee details
*Managing of employee resources - car fleet, mobile phones, health scheme
*Performance appraisal administration
*Training administration - booking courses and recording training
*

Within this HR, Office and Compliance role, you will also have the responsibility for:

*Development of new records, systems and processes as required
*Event day planning - summer, Christmas
*Organising meetings, travel and hotel arrangements for MD and sales team
*Building Maintenance
*Legal compliance - administration of WEEE Regs, Packaging Regs and Construction Regs
*Compliance administration for Health & Safety, Quality Assurance BS9001 and 14001, Packaging and WEEE regulations

The skills and experience required for this role:

*Office administration in an SME
*Ideally knowledge of health and safety and QA - Compliance administration for Health & Safety, Quality Assurance BS9001 and 14001, Packaging and WEEE regulations
*Ideally knowledge of HR administration
*Strong IT skills
*Excellent coordination, administration and organisational skills

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

*An ability to prioritise and manage workload, good attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with the external organisations

Hours of work
20 hours per week. Working pattern to be agreed to suit business and individual, happy to be flexible e.g. Monday to Friday 4 hours a day or over 3 days
