Part - time Receptionist (afternoons)

Our client is looking for a Receptionist to work in the afternoons as part of a job share. The Receptionist will be required to answer all incoming calls using the main switchboard, directing calls and meeting and greeting visitors. As well as the front of house duties, general administration support will also be required.

Some of the main responsibilities for the Receptionist will include:

*Answering incoming calls through the main switchboard.
*Greeting visitors, issuing passes
*Taking messages and forwarding them on via email.
*Updating driving licence database.
*Booking Company lunches; ensuring manager approval has been attained.
*Administering pool car diary
*Arranging hire cars and taxi bookings
*New starters: Issuing swipe passes, update post collection points
*Collating the post ready for Royal Mail afternoon collection.
*DSE checks - Sending out DSE forms to new employees
*Administration to support the HR department and any other department as requested

Previous experience of Reception work is essential as well as strong administration skills.

*Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
*Ability to solve day to day problems
*Strong organisational and administrative abilities
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work tasks appropriately
*IT skills and experience using Word, Excel and Outlook

Based in Malvern. Contractual hours: 4.5 hours every afternoon (1.00pm - 5.30pm), 22.5 per week.

Additional hours will be required to cover Job share holiday or sickness

£TBA plus Overtime paid.
