Part Time Receptionist

Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a part time basis.

Day to day duties for this Reception role will be:

*Booking accommodation, lunches, flights etc.
*Answer incoming calls - although not high volume.
*Putting together a blog on the website.
*Dealing with Social Media

As a successful Receptionist you will be required to have the following skills:

*Knowledge on all Microsoft Office programs (Only basic knowledge of Excel)
*Ability to work independently
*Good self management and motivation skills
*Experience in customer service or any customer facing role

The successful candidate for this reception role will be someone who can work on their own on a reception desk, handle incoming calls and take messages. Work independently and use their own initiative.
The right candidate for this position will be writing a weekly blog, monitoring social media and updating the company website.

Hours: Monday-Friday 1pm - 5pm
Pay: £8.50p/hr +Holiday Pay

A Temp-Perm Reception opportunity is available for the right candidate.

This Part Time Reception role is based in Ledbury.
