This part time Systems Administrator position, requires someone with exceptional attention to detail and strong IT skills. Working within an education environment, you will ensure that the school's database is accurate and up to date as well as providing administrative support to members of staff.
This part time Systems Administrator role is 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday for 34 weeks of term time plus 4 weeks during the School holidays.
As a part time Systems Administrator your duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
*Ensuring that all records on iSAMS are correct and that the system is up to date at all times
*Providing telephone support to staff for iSAMS;
*Editing, matching and uploading information to iSAMS at the start of, and during the school year
*Assisting with curriculum management in order to maintain set lists
*Building and maintain iSAMS Assessment Manager templates
*Assisting with the analysis of data in iSAMS Assessment Manager
*Monitoring the recording of attendance throughout the School ensuring that the records are up to date and complete at all times
*Building and maintaining iSAMS reports as required
As a successful Systems Administrator the following skills and experience are required:
*Excellent attention to detail
*Excellent IT skills and an ability to pick up systems quickly
*Analytical and logical thinking skills
*Knowledge of iSAMS is advantageous but not essential and training will be provided
This part time Systems Administrator role is based in Malvern and offers a salary of £6,684.93 per annum.
