Payroll Manager

If you are an experienced Payroll Manager who can oversee a payroll team and ensure that all client payrolls are processed accurately and achieve contractual obligations, you will be required to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

*Process multiple client payrolls including PAYE/UMBRELLA/CIS
*Implement new client payrolls
*Analyse payroll output for accuracy and meet legislative requirements
*Correspond with Inland Revenue and other third parties as required
*Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and kept up to date
*Ensure all payroll reconciliations are processed and agreed
*Keep abreast of changes in legislation
*Recommend and implement systems and procedure improvements
*Process RTI and End of Year
*Submit monthly CIS returns
*Manage the team and ensure targets are met

As the Payroll Manager you will demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and provide leadership through performance planning and defining clear goals. You will also be required to:

*Provide coaching and development for team members as required
*Provide continual communication and co-ordination of activities to ensure excellent client service
*Liaise with client and third party organisations and resolve any issues
Skills and experience:
*Previous experience in a similar position is essential
*Exceptional communication skills
*Outstanding levels of accuracy
