This Personal Assistant role is to provide an effective and efficient administration support service for a busy Chairman. You should already be an experienced Personal Assistant; professional, discreet and articulate with a flexible and adaptable approach and a self-motivated determination. You will also be required to support a number of HR activities.
Compile management information and reports.
Monitor and manage correspondence - post, emails and phone calls.
Arrange internal and external meetings - travel, accommodation and venues.
Support with preparation of documentation and presentations for meetings.
As required, attend meetings, prepare agenda, take minutes & chase actions.
Plan and organise events.
Liaise between Chairman and other staff.
Compile Board & Pension reports.
Administer Private Health Insurance.
Manage company credit cards.
Manage vouchers and ordering of goods.
Support HR Manager as required.
Management of internal administration and finance processes, including reconciliation.
Minimum of 5 years PA experience.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality & discretion is essential.
Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency in problem solving.
Flexible and adaptable approach.
Organised and efficient, quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
Resilient, calm under pressure.
Work on own initiative.
Clean driving licence.

33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
Based in Dudley.
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm.
