With a demonstrable background in PR & Marketing you will be a key part of the Marketing and Communications Team, developing PR plans and implementing campaigns. With a strong ability to understand audiences, you will be a natural influencer and communicator.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Translating the marketing strategy into PR priorities
*Creating and implementing a PR and Social media plan for key audiences
*Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and agency to support press and social media effectiveness
*Writing press releases, media 'packs and social media posts
*Proofreading and content check posts
*Working with colleagues to help maximise the marketing activity through all channels
*Identifying relevant case studies and arranging research, writing, design etc. for print and/or production of suitable materials
*Ensuring bids, proposals, presentations, press articles and promotions are all properly recorded and stored
*Being involved with Event Management and attending events as required
*Preparing content and working with all other departments as required
Skills and experience required:
*Degree level (or equivalent)
*Proven experience of understanding audiences
*Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
*An ability to manage suppliers
*Proven track record of managing multiple projects to deadline and within budget
*Ability to accurately and thoroughly proof read documents
*Confident at writing clear, relevant documentation with high level of accuracy
*Exceptional IT skills
*Self -motivated with a positive attitude
*An excellent team player
Based in Worcester our client is offering a basic salary of £30k with excellent additional benefits.
