Product Owner Responsibilities:

* Representation of product/feature within the Scrum Team
* Delivery management of initial product implementation
* Product/feature and voice of the customer advocacy
* Collaborate with other business departments to drive customer advocacy
* Managing a backlog for a dedicated feature area
* Working with the scrum team to refine backlog items and plan sprints
* Lead requirements gathering within the Scrum Team
* Document new features, demonstrate latest iteration of product during reviews, record and react to feedback
* Understand the estimation process and participate in this process as required
* Liaise with the marketing function to ensure coverage and awareness is maximised


Product Owner Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Product Owner
* Solid understanding of IT systems / software
* Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
* Adaptive and strong team player

Based in Winchester, the salary for this Product Owner role is up to £40K plus an excellent benefits package, including 25 days holiday and opportunities for flexible working
