Salary: £15.36p/h

Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts

05:30 - 13:45 (Mon - Thurs) 05:30 - 11:45 (Fri)

Afternoons 14.00-22.00 (Mon-Thurs) 12.00-19.05 (Fri)

The Role

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment and requires individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Removing production cores (approx. 10kg and wide in size) from the kiln

• Transferring materials safely to designated areas

• Repetitive lifting and movement of parts throughout the shift

• Standing for long periods of time

• Following all health and safety procedures

• Supporting general production duties as required

Physical Requirements

• Regular lifting of items weighing approximately 10kg

• Handling wide components requiring upper body strength

• Continuous standing and movement throughout the shift

• Repetitive manual handling tasks

Full manual handling training will be provided, and all tasks must be carried out in line with company health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Good level of physical fitness

• Ability to carry out repetitive manual handling tasks

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Previous production or manufacturing experience within a foundry is desirable
