About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative's to join a successful and growing manufacturing business within Kidderminster. This is a great opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm role with a company that offers long-term stability and opportunities for development.



Key Responsibilities

    • Carrying out detailed production tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency, following strict specifications and procedures
    • Operating machinery and specialist equipment in a safe, controlled, and methodical manner
    • Assembling components with precision, ensuring all work meets exacting quality standards
    • Conducting thorough visual and manual quality checks throughout the production process
    • Working steadily to production schedules while maintaining a careful and measured pace
    • Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant working environment at all times
    • Adhering strictly to all health, safety, and process control procedures in a highly regulated setting



About You

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production is essential
  • Pervious experience within a quality-focused environment is desirable
  • A patient, methodical approach to work, with the ability to maintain focus during repetitive or detailed tasks
  • Ability to follow strict processes and instructions within a controlled working environment
  • A positive, reliable attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a team
  • Punctual, dependable, and committed to long-term employment and stability
  • Eagerness to learn, take on training, and develop within a structured production setting
