Polisher - Metal Finishing - Rotating Shifts

Location: Droitwich

Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts

05:30 - 13:45 (Mon - Thurs) 05:30 - 11:45 (Fri)

Afternoons 14.00-22.00 (Mon-Thurs) 12.00-19.05 (Fri)

Pay: £16.20 per hour (includes shift allowance)

As a Polisher, you will be responsible for:

• Polishing and finishing metal components to a high standard
• Using specialist tools and techniques to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet strict quality requirements
• Working to detailed specifications and manufacturing processes

Polisher Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, as the role can be demanding
• A keen eye for detail to ensure a high-quality finish
• Ability to use hand tools and polishing equipment (training provided)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in metal finishing, polishing, or similar roles is beneficial but not essential - full training provided
