Assist the project manager - PMO in the management of day-to-day activity for multiple projects.
Managing stakeholder expectations around specific deliveries and projects.
Overseeing internal deliveries and timescales and reporting progress and risks to the supervising Project Manager.
Assist in managing project change control (including documentation and delivery thereof).
Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans and track project milestones and deliverables.
Act as one of the main points of contact for stakeholders within the project team.
Act as point of escalation (for Testing/Support) for fault queries and/or specification and backlog queries.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Any other tasks as from time to time may be assigned by the Project Manager.
5 GCSE's at grade C or above, must include Maths and English.
Educated to a business degree or relevant subject (desirable).
Previous experience within project management and systems configuration.
General insurance industry experience (desirable).
Previous experience of working in a software house (desirable).
Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong organisational skills - thorough and accurate; detail orientated.
