In this project Coordinator role you will:
*Join a well-established and dynamic organisation specialising in exhibition and trade show registration
*Take ownership of the planning and coordination of projects
*Work as part of a medium sized, lively and supportive team
As a successful Project Coordinator you will be required to:
*Manage the coordination and planning of 40-50 projects per year
*Input information from the quote into project control software and manage the tasks and resources to ensure all are completed to time.
*Liaise with organisers by email and telephone
*Book staff for the events
*Keep a check on stocks of badge-holders and stationery and re-order when necessary.
*Occasionally, when required act as a second supervisor at events
To be considered for this Project Coordinator role you must:
*Demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel Skills and have prior experience working from spreadsheets
*Have excellent time management skills
*Possess strong customer service skills both over the telephone and email
*Be confident in coordinating multiple projects at once in time sensitive conditions
*Have a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
Other essential skills
*A strong eye for detail
*Previous experience in a Project Coordinator role would be useful but not essential
*Knowledge of or experience of working with the CRM system Clarizen would be advantageous
A salary of c £22K per annum, depending on experience, based in Martley. Monday-Friday 9-5:30, additional benefits include 28 days paid holiday and pension contribution.
