The Implementation team are responsible for the smooth delivery, project management and training of software implementation projects, delivering SaaS solutions to the Housing sector, ultimately ensuring great customer satisfaction.

The Implementation team work closely with the Housing Partners Product, QA, Sales, Marketing and the Help Desk teams as well as customers and external partner organisations.

Purpose of the Job

The Project Manager's role is to provide high quality customer facing project management expertise ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.

The role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously as part over an overall programme of work. Communication and attention to detail is key.

Duties include....

To ensure that all projects are managed and delivered to specification, on time and on budget
Support the implementation of Housing Partner software products, which can be highly configured
Ensure for all projects, relevant project, product and training documentation is produced of a high quality, including the
writing of Project Initiation Documents, Definition of Done specifications, Project and resource plans, Change logs,
Project acceptance certificates, comprehensive user manuals and training material
Manage multiple projects simultaneously as part over an overall programme of work
Understand customer needs and map these to help build configuration requirements
Support customers during UAT ensuring the product is configured to specification
Develop strong customer relationships
Regular communication between all stakeholders
Coach local champions in their understanding and knowledge of Housing Partners software solutions
Deliver training to a high standard either one-to-one, user workshops, group training or product demonstrations
Support the Sales and Implementation teams pre-sales and post implementation to help support customer success
Support the Product, Marketing and Help Desk teams with system expertise and knowledge
Support the Product team with customer learning, product feedback and new opportunities
Support the Development team with testing of new software functionality
Provide a high level of customer care and satisfaction

Experience and Knowledge

Project management experience with a strong understanding of project management processes and related documentation
Experience of managing multiple projects (as part of a wider programme) simultaneously on time and on budget
Experience of software implementation process
Ability to understand customer needs and map to requirements for the technical team to configure and build
Experience of supporting customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gathering requirements
Training experience including one-to-one and classroom based training
Ability to review customer feedback to identify both new product opportunities and customer training needs
Pre-sales and customer success experience
Excellent documentation skills
Strong experience in providing direct customer support
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive attitude and highly motivated
Willing to travel
PRINCE2 or AgilePM qualified
