Job: Purchase Ledger Supervisor
Salary: upto £28000
Location: Worcester
I am representing a truly fantastic client to work for in Worcester who due to their current incumbent retiring, they are now seeking a Purchase Ledger supervisor to join the Accounts Payable team. This position would be most suited to someone who is looking to join a stable but growing company and one in which they can stay for longevity.
Key duties of this Purchase Ledger Supervisor role:
- Lead a small team to enable the accurate and timely inputting of transactions
- Preparing the supplier payments BACS run
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Manage a small team of experienced staff
- Work in collaboration with the team and seniors to suggest and implement changes to the current processes
To be successful in this role the successful candidate must:
- Have experience working within purchase ledger / accounts payable
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Be computer literate and have great communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Have the confidence to encourage and make changes to current processes
This Purchase Ledger Supervisor position is paying up to £28,000 and their offices are located in the WR3 area of Worcester.
