Quality Co-ordinator Administrator

A reputable company in the Worcestershire area are looking for a Quality Co-ordinator who is a motivated self starter that is available to start work on a temp full time contract as soon as possible.

The role is diverse and no two days are the same. Whether it be out on the shop floor helping to assist customers, or behind the scenes in the office carrying out administration tasks.

Start date: Immediately flexible Temp - perm for the right candidate

Duties of a Quality Co-ordinator Administrator:

  • Completion of Routine quality control checks within the warehouse
  • Export Administration, including the application and filling out of health certificates
  • Investigating Customer Complaints & Vendor Non-Conformances.
  • Updating and maintaining Controlled Documentation
  • Signing Product Check Sheets.
  • Completing Fabric & Hygiene Audits
  • Filing both Electronically and Physically
  • Undertake Internal Audits
  • Complete Product Registration Paperwork.
  • Secondary Check on all Import Documentation
  • Arranging Contractors and ensuring all documentation has been completed.
  • Being the First point of contact for Contractors.
  • Filing - Both electronically and Physically.
  • Checking First Aid Boxes & Eye Wash Boxes
  • Generic Office Tasks E.G. Answering the Front Door, being the first point of contact for the Operations Department on the phone.
  • Typing up Meeting Minutes
  • Purchasing e.g. PPE, Stationary.
  • Other Administration tasks within the department if required.





Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Intermediate level of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Previous Admin Experience
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines.
Flexible and committed in approach to the needs of the Company as a whole.
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
IOSH Qualified - Working Safely (Preferred)

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Intermediate level of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Previous Admin Experience

Pay: £10 - £11.25 per hour Full time based between 2 locations (Redditch and Kidderminster) own car is essential for this role.
