-Creation of work schedules, budgets and cash flow forecasts.
-Assisting in the compilation of quotations and proposals, including pre-tender construction site surveys.
-Review of contractual documentation and record and process related documents.
-Procurement of materials & services including subcontractors.
-Manage the project cash flow and any financial variations.
-Preparation of financial information for Directors and Project Managers.
-Ensuring all contract control activities are carried out, updated and amended and ensure all relevant standards and codes of practice are adhered to.
-Build and maintain customer confidence.
Skills and Experience:
-Minimum 3 years' Quantity Surveyor experience ideally within the construction industry.
-Formal relevant qualification or comparative Quantity Surveyor work experience.
-High levels of energy, self-motivation and self-sufficiency.
-Organised and highly methodical and attention to detail.
-Strong commercial/finance experience and business acumen and negotiating skills.
-Possess strong customer and be quality focused.
-Resilience, determination and enthusiasm.
-IT literate with good numerical reasoning.
-Full UK Driving licence required (some UK travel outside London involved).
