My client, based on the outskirts of Worcester, are looking to recruit a Receptionist on a temporary basis.
Working as part of a professional support team, as a successful Receptionist you will take ownership of a smart reception area and your responsibilities will include:
*Meeting and greeting visitors and receiving phone calls
*Scanning, filing and general administrative tasks as required
*Ordering and keeping stock of stationary and grocery cupboards
*Serving tea and coffee to senior directors
This Receptionist position requires a candidate with a proactive and flexible approach, able to deal with situations using their initiative and willing to work as part of the administrative support team. You must be able to carry a tray of coffee/tea up and down stairs and be able to serve board meetings efficiently and professionally.
This is a temporary Receptionist role based on the outskirts of Worcester. Working hours are 12:30 to 17:15 Monday to Friday but some flexibility is required to cover holiday leave (2 full days required to begin with). Easily commutable from Malvern, Worcester.
