My Worcester based client are looking for a Recruitment Administrator on a temporary basis to manage the internal recruitment process from start to finish.
As Recruitment Administrator your duties and responsibilities will include recruitment administration, such as requesting and chasing references, completing employment checks and producing offer letters of employment. This is a rolling contract with focus on recruitment initially, but you may be asked to help with HR administration as well.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who has a particular interest in progressing within HR and recruitment as a career. Previous recruitment and HR experience would be advantageous but is not necessary. To be successful in this Recruitment Administrator role you will need to be highly organised with good negotiation and communication skills and a personable approach.
This is a full-time temporary Recruitment Administrator role based in Worcester. Working hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
