Your journey in recruitment begins by focusing on the candidate component - resourcing candidates using various online tools; recruitment admin to support your Recruitment Consultant; arranging interviews and getting to know your market place; writing job adverts; social media marketing and becoming an expert in compliance. From here you will develop your knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, building more client interactions and gaining exposure to every part of a successful recruitment process.
You will progress through Hewett's structured training programme, as well as receiving on-the-job training and the opportunity to obtain your Certificate in Recruitment qualification via the Apprenticeship. Other benefits include:

The salary for this Recruitment Apprentice position starts at £19,000 with regular performance-related reviews and a structured career path with specific targets for promotions.
You will be based mainly from our Kidderminster office and will have the opportunity to work from the Worcester office or from home at times too.
