We are looking for several experienced Perm Recruitment Consultants to join our established team. Whether your background is IT, Engineering or Commercial / Office, we want to hear from you.

There is the potential to work on live requirements with our committed client based straight away as well as building something through business development efforts. Despite the pandemic we have experienced strong demand in key areas - particularly our IT and Engineering Divisions - and are looking to recruit several new Consultants to support our growth. There is an environment for an experienced Consultant to take real ownership of what they want to achieve, with long-term potential to progress in to a more senior position in the business, if that is what you want.

With a HQ in Kidderminster, access to co-working spaces in Worcester and Gloucester and the option to work from home, you could be based anywhere across the West Midlands and the South West and there is also the possibility for flexibility in working hours. Salary negotiable, dependant on experience, plus a generous commission scheme, private healthcare, wellbeing cash plan and 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
