Roll Forming Setter
Location: Kidderminster

We're recruiting an experienced Roll Forming Setter to join a well-established manufacturing business based in the heart of Kidderminster.

Working hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am-1:00pm

The role:

• Setting and changing over roll forming lines to technical specifications
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Ensuring tooling is set accurately and safely
• Working closely with operators and supervisors to meet production targets
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Roll Forming Setter (minimum 5 years ideal)
• Able to read and follow technical drawings
• Strong understanding of tooling, changeovers and setting processes
• Safety‑focused and quality‑driven
• PUWER and FLT licences are advantageous but not essential

Pay & benefits:

• £16.00 per hour
• Early Friday finish
• On-site role based in Kidderminster
• Temp to Perm opportunity
• On-site parking
