Job description

Sales Administrator

Our client is seeking a confident and experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a Temporary Ongoing basis.

The role will involve the following (but not limited too)

-Accurate and timely entry of sales orders onto in house computer system

-Resolve any problems arising with haulage/operations and credit control

-Deal with telephone enquiries in a confident and efficient manner

-Demonstrate strong customer focus and present a positive image of the company at all times

-Undertake all necessary general administrative support for the business

Experience/skills required (but not limited too)

-Experience in a sales admin role previously

-Confident, friendly and professional manner

-Strong computer skills

-Self-motivated and flexible

-The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Due to Covid19 this role will be working from home- equipment and training will be provided, but candidates must be confident carrying out the role in their own home.

Sales Administrator Hours of work- 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

Seasonal role starting 1st February 2021 running through until September time.

Sales Administrator Rate of Pay- £9.50p/=£10p/h dependent upon experience.
