  • Able to communicate effectively with stake holders to obtain buy in to a strategy and attract the right investment to deliver it.
  • An in depth understanding of KPIs, including NPS to deliver world class customer satisfaction in all parts of the supply chain.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Leadership and man-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Any experience with the following would also be advantageous:

  • Working within the white goods supply chain.
  • Working in construction.

The company are offering a very good package with a basic salary of £130-155,000 per annum, bonus of up to 55%, company car, pension and health insurance.
