A unique opportunity for a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager either already experienced within the leisure / holiday park sales industry or looking for something new. This role offers real autonomy and the chance to work in truly beautiful surroundings, working very closely with your customers throughout the sales process.
This is low volume, high value sales, guiding customers through each step of the process from choosing their holiday home to deciding on a specific plot. Due to the nature of the industry, this role will require permanent weekends as part of a 5 day working week.
Managing Park Office and Sales activities.
Use of Social Media, updating website and sales pages.
Liaising closely with Caravan and Lodge suppliers / manufacturers.
Developing sales leads from enquiries received.
Completing caravan and lodge sales, working towards set targets.
Generating and maintaining sales and display literature.
Liaison with facilities team in preparing site plots and second hand units available for sale.
Managing after sales service.
Dressing of stock caravans and show chalets as and when needed.
Help to organise events to promote sales.
Managing and supervising Park Receptionists.
Dealing with general enquiries and completing office administration as required.
Previous sales management experience essential.
Industry experience (holiday home sales) beneficial.
Would suit an Estate Agency or Car Sales background.
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
Previous experience managing a small team.
Basic Salary £25,000.
Shared commission scheme up to £5,000.
An established, Family run holiday park set in acres of some of Worcestershire's most beautiful countryside.
Location: Near Bewdley, Worcestershire.
Hours of Work: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am to 4pm.
