Location: Ledbury
Salary: £26,534.04 per annum
Hours: Full Time, Office-Based

We are recruiting for a Sales & Telemarketing Administrator to join the Internal Sales team within a local, Ledbury company. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a company that forms part of a successful global organisation headquartered in Belgium.

Working closely with the external sales team and customers, you will play a key role in supporting business growth through customer engagement, lead generation, sales administration, and technical sales support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the external sales team with day-to-day sales activities
  • Handling customer enquiries relating to commercial, technical and logistical matters
  • Preparing and issuing quotations and sales offers
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of technical documentation
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and following best practice processes
  • Researching project opportunities
  • Developing sales opportunities and generating appointments for the external sales team
  • Following up quotations via telephone and email
  • Providing customers with accurate information regarding products, pricing and deliveries
  • Supporting operational administration and other departments as required
  • General office administration and reporting duties

We are looking for someone who is confident, professional and eager to learn. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong telemarketing and customer service abilities
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with the confidence to analyse, manage and maintain data accurately
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand technical product information and confidently communicate this to customers (full product training provided)
  • Experience using CRM systems or the aptitude to rapidly learn new software and online platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • The ability to remain calm, focused and productive when working under pressure
  • A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the business
