Sales Ledger

Our client is looking for 2 Sales Ledger Assistants to join their finance team on a temporary basis

As a Sales Ledger Assistant you will be responsible for -

*Building and maintaining monthly invoice reporting
*Checking billing calculations
*Reporting for Direct Debit payment runs
*Checking the system for new ways of working Month End reports and billing / order book reconciliations

To be a successful Sales Ledger Assistant you must -

*Have prior Invoicing / Billing experience or Sales Ledger management
*Be comfortable using large data sets in Excel
*Friendly and polite in all dealing with customers

Additional skills that would be an advantage -
*Experience working on SAP

Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week (9-5:30 TBC)

Rate of pay - £10p/hr +Holiday pay
