Working from offices in Worcester, you will report to the Sales Director, developing and delivering key strategic objectives of the business for Customer Services. You will also work closely with other members of the Senior Management team to include the Managing Director and HR Manager. With investment from within the Group secured and growth plans in place, it is an exciting time to be joining the business with an opportunity to grow the team.
*Day to day management of Administration and Customer Service Staff managing resources across the Team.
*Managing departmental budgets.
*Cross department liaison for day to day running of Operations.
*Attend regular Management and Operational Board Meetings, following up on actions and relevant Duty Manager Tasks on a rota basis.
*Hold 121's and appraisals for staff.
*Training staff of current and new processes & software
*Update and Renewal of contracts
*Involvement with HR in administration for Admin Team, recruitment and selection.
*Owning & Resolving Queries and Exceptions, resolving paper audits and raising any credit notes due to administration error or client request.
*Generating and distributing Management reports internally & externally
*Coordinating bespoke/special orders
*Coordinating Logistics Requests
*Liaison with Sales and Warehouse
*Generating Customer Correspondence
*Researching Complaints & escalated issues dealing with customer complaints, logging complaint, through to resolution with appropriate Director/Manager.
*Raising and monitoring of quality issues passed from reporting
*Cover Logistics Administrators as required
*Oversee Month End billing.
*Assist with Stock Take processes when required.
*Assist with ISO and environmental reporting to achieve positive outcome and compliance.
*Monitor Trials & Demonstrations
*Oversee sales element for invoicing and ongoing ordering, Back Orders etc.
*First Line Call for Customer Portal queries and registering from clients.
*Meeting with clients when required offsite in conjunction with Account Managers/Directors.
*Involvement with operational projects through to implementation.
*Setting of objectives and KPI in conjunction with admin team and operations.
Experience in a similar role, managing people.

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm.
