Second Line Desktop Support - £25,000 to £30,000 DOE

My client are an exciting maufactuer company based in Herefordshire looking for an Second Line Desktop Support. My client are looking for someone with a real passion for IT and technology.


Your daily responsibilities an Second Line Desktop Support will include the following:


- To provide technical support, advice, assistance to customers/clients from start-ups to multinational companies.
- Windows Server 2012/2019
- Knowledge of Virtulisation
- Windows Operating Systems
- Networking - LAN/WAN and Firewalls
- Any bespoke and third party software that you will receive training on
- Diagnose, upgrade and, or repair PC hardware.
- To prepare and update documents, templates and forms as required.

To be successful in this IT Support Technician opportunity you should have the following experience:

- At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role
- 1st/2nd line technical support
- Windows Operating Systems
- Understanding Networking
- Understanding Active Directory.
- PC hardware support / maintenance
