Senior Administrator

With excellent audio typing, strong attention to detail and an ability to respond to an ever changing workload, you will also demonstrate that you are naturally driven and proactive.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Supporting on all day to day administration for two senior personnel as well as the team
  • Typing reports from digital dictation
  • Preparing packs and files
  • Researching information and preparing documentation
  • Talking to clients on the phone

As well as a positive and confident attitude, it is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • A high level of proficiency in audio typing (digital dictation)
  • Exceptional levels of accuracy and attention to detail - essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience within a legal or property background would be highly desirable

Our client is based in Droitwich and can offer a certain level of flexibility for both office and home based working as well as both full and part time hours. (Part time hours will be a minimum of 25 hours over 5 days).

Salary - up to £18,500 (full time)
