A highly organised Senior Administrator who has all round secretarial experience including audio typing is required to work in this busy and highly professional environment.
The role includes managing all on-going office activities/requirements to ensure the smooth running of the business. As the first point of call for all incoming calls and visitors, it is essential that a highly professional attitude is adhered to at all times.
Some duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Preparation of reports and correspondence- either from audio or hand-written notes
*Diary management and coordination on behalf of Management team
*Answering telephones, including dealing with enquiries
*Managing office contracts and levels of supplies
*Monitoring and updating ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
*Additional office and administrative duties such as invoicing etc
You will need to demonstrate an ability to work within the ever changing requirements of the business and as such work priorities may vary.
It is essential that you can demonstrate the following skills:
*Experience of working in a similar role
*An ability to work within a professional services environment.
*An excellent standard of copy and audio typing and use of the full Microsoft Office packages
*A team player who is versatile and happy to respond to the requirements of the business
*Confident at meeting tight deadlines and working in a pressurised environment at times
Location - Bromsgrove
Salary - up to £24K depending on experience
